Andres F. Urrego is the solo Founder and CEO of Moil, an AI-powered platform empowering small businesses and job seekers with fast, accessible hiring and business tools. A serial entrepreneur, business coach, and consultant, Andres has helped more than 100 businesses launch, save money, and grow, while also contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Buda, Texas, where he supports local founders through the Buda EDC. With over a decade in sales and leadership roles, he left his corporate career in 2023 to bootstrap Moil. Launched in 2024, Moil has grown to serve 5,000+ candidates, 400+ businesses, and partnerships with EDCs in Texas and Georgia. Instead of heavy marketing spend, Andres has partnered with nonprofits to educate 4,000+ people on technology, career opportunities, and skills for the future of work, while giving them free access to Moil. A Colombian immigrant, husband, and father of two, Andres brings resilience and a vision of making AI work for people first.
