Darelle White serves as President of the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) Board of Directors and brings extensive experience in business, insurance, and community leadership. A longtime Pflugerville resident and former Pflugerville City Council member, White holds a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University and an MBA from the University of Houston, along with CIC and CPCU professional designations.
