Vendor space is limited to 13 participants. Submission of this registration form expresses your interest in participating but does not guarantee acceptance or a vendor space.

If the number of eligible registrations exceeds the available spaces, vendors will be selected through a random selection process. PCDC will contact selected vendors directly with confirmation and additional setup instructions.

Vendors should not consider their participation confirmed until they receive written confirmation from PCDC.

Venture PFest is a public event and may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by PCDC, its contractors, media representatives, and event partners.

By participating in Venture PFest, I authorize the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, business name, logo, booth display, and statements made during the event for legitimate promotional, educational, informational, and marketing purposes.

These materials may be used on PCDC websites, social media platforms, newsletters, advertisements, presentations, videos, printed materials, press releases, and other communications without additional compensation.
