Janice Omadeke is a pioneering serial entrepreneur and the exited Founder and CEO of The Mentor Method, an enterprise software company transforming workplace culture through mentorship. After transitioning from corporate graphic design to startup life, she became Austin’s first Black woman to achieve a venture-backed tech exit and one of the first 100 Black women in the U.S. to raise more than $1 million in seed funding for a technology startup. With more than a decade of leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies, Janice champions data-driven strategy, innovation, and cultural transformation. Named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 Women of Influence in 2022, Janice has been featured in Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Inc., Black Enterprise, and the Austin Business Journal. She is PMP-certified and holds an Entrepreneurship certification from MIT. Known for her strategic, direct, and compassionate approach, Janice is passionate about creating meaningful impact.
