Jennifer Moore, LCSW is the sole Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Foundations Counseling Center, an outpatient behavioral health agency. The agency was originally founded by Jennifer Moore in 2003 with a vision of becoming a leading provider of accessible, evidence-based behavioral health services. To date, Jennifer Moore has expanded into underserved communities, opening four locations within Nevada and Texas, ensuring that every individual has access to high-quality mental health care.
