Jerry W Jones Jr.
Jerry W. Jones Jr. is the Executive Director of the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation. He has over a decade of experience and is passionate about driving community development through economic growth. Jerry has a strong track record in neighborhood revitalization, business development, and workforce development. He's held leadership roles in economic development organizations across Louisiana and Texas and is committed to building partnerships and fostering innovation. During his time in Louisiana, he served as a District City Councilman in Alexandria, Louisiana, where he demonstrated his commitment to civic progress by chairing the Economic & Community Development and Planning committees, as well as the Public Safety, Transportation, and Public Works committees. Jerry is an extremely proud graduate of Southern University and A&M College, holds certifications in economic development from the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Oklahoma, and has a certification in authentic leadership from Harvard University. Jerry is married to Genee Shariece. They have two sons, Khailand and Mekhai, and a dog named Sphinx.
