Kimberly Holiday
Kimberly, known to the world as LadyJoy, is a dynamic leader, advocate, and voice for empowerment. As a leader with lived experiences, she bridges community impact and global inspiration. With a foundation in social psychology, she has built a multifaceted career as a radio personality, motivational speaker, author, and restorative justice practitioner, using each platform to promote mental wellness, resilience, and authentic connection. A proud Austin native and Pflugerville resident, Kimberly made history as the first Black woman elected to the Pflugerville City Council (Place 3), where she champions equity and community as Mayor Pro Tem.
