Renae Mitchell is a business consultant and executive coach with more than 30 years of experience in human resources management and business development. She specializes in executive recruitment, leadership coaching, strategic planning, organizational development, and HR strategy, working with organizations of all sizes to strengthen leadership and operations. An entrepreneur, Renae also co-founded and developed Magnolia Ranch Estates, a 123-acre residential community in Pflugerville. She currently serves as a Pflugerville ISD Trustee for Place 3 and has held numerous leadership and volunteer roles throughout the Pflugerville community.
